Dear Valued RLS2000 Customer,

We announced in October that we were acquired by Elm Street Technology. As part of this acquisition, we have implemented a new and improved billing system to better serve you. You are now being billed by Elm Street Technology instead of RLS2000. Here's what you need to know:


  1. Your RLS2000 bill now comes from Elm Street Technology. You will see your bill come from "@elmstreettechnology.com".
  2. You can now view, print, and download your invoices online.
  3. We have exactly the same customer and billing support as you've known for the last 15+ years. Nothing about our customer support has changed.
  4. If you have any questions or concerns about your billing, please feel free to pick up the phone and call Amanda in our Billing Department at 508-885-2040 x 101.


We've been working hard over the last few months growing our company and building improvements for you, our customers. We're very excited about this improvement and more to come. Keep your eyes peeled for more updates and announcements in 2017, and thank you for your business.
